Tredegar Construction, LLC was founded when Johnny Olgers and Jack Thompson recognized the need in the marketplace for a construction services company that provided timely communication and quality craftsmanship at an affordable price. The partners have over 35 years of combined construction industry experience, and the Tredegar crews are some of the best in the region.

MANAGING PARTNER (FIELD)
Johnny grew up in New Kent, VA and graduated from New Kent High School. From the early age of 16, he was working alongside his father framing homes for local builders. It wasn't long before he was running his own crews for all sorts of carpentry related projects. In 2006, Johnny became a Class A contractor and started his own business building and renovating homes. He was hired as a subcontractor for Richmond Metro Habitat for Humanity where he met Jack and they worked on projects together for 5 years before starting Tredegar. Johnny currently resides in Sandston and enjoys fishing in his spare time, especially on the Chesapeake Bay.
Jack Thompson
MANAGING PARTNER (BUSINESS)
Jack grew up in Richmond, VA and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William & Mary. Jack began his career in construction as the General Manager for Lockridge Homes where he managed the sales, financing, and construction processes for customers building on their land in 25 counties throughout Central Virginia. Prior to Tredegar, Jack served as the VP of Construction & Real Estate for Richmond Metro Habitat for Humanity. Jack's public service includes six years as a Commissioner on the Richmond City Planning Commission and a founding Board Member for the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust. He lives in Richmond with his wife, Nicole and their three kids (John, Henry, and Annabelle).
Scott Sanchez
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Scott grew up in New Rochelle, New York. After high school, Scott enlisted in the United States Air Force and served our country honorably for 4 years. Scott began his career in construction as an installer on a vinyl siding crew for a construction firm in Virginia Beach. He then moved to Richmond and continued his construction career as an installer, service manager and then project manager for Sears HVAC division. For the 15 years prior to Tredegar Construction, he worked as a Project Manager for RBM Remodeling Solutions. He currently resides in Chesterfield County and enjoys traveling, scuba diving and eating sushi.
Pam Rambo
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Pam grew up in East Liverpool, Ohio. She went to Kent State University and received her degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She moved to Virginia with her husband in 1993 and worked as an Interior Decorator for 11 years with Haynes Furniture and Haverty's Furniture Stores. After taking a break to stay home with her children, Pam worked as a Hiring Manager with Martin's Food Stores. She began her career in construction in 2016 as an Office Manager. Pam lives in Chesterfield with her husband Jerry and they have three daughters, one son-in-law, and four grandchildren. She has been volunteering in children's ministry for over 20 years and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Pam is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, but most of all she is a die-hard fan of whatever sport her kids and grandkids are playing - volleyball, football, or soccer.
Bryan Lindsey
ESTIMATOR
Bryan grew up in Richmond and earned his B.A. in Industrial Relations from The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, as well as a 3 year Letterman on the football team. Bryan started out his career with Advanced Roofing Systems, Ltd. here in Richmond as a salesman and became the General Manager after his 1st year. Before joining the team at Tredegar Bryan was a Commercial Territory Manager for both GAF and Duro-Last Roofing Systems, as well as Commercial Sales for two of the nation's largest roofing distributors. Bryan resides in Montpelier with his wife, Wendy and their two daughters (Grace and Caroline) as well as their vast array of animals. In his spare time Bryan enjoys cooking, hunting, live music and seeing his TarHeels in action.
Seth Scudder
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
With over 20 years of experience in the residential construction field, Seth Scudder brings attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Born and raised in the Tidewater area, Seth has lived in the Richmond area for the past two decades. He currently resides in Chesterfield County with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and cheering for UVA and JMU athletics.
Brendan Frantz
Sales Development Representative
Brendan grew up in Gloucester, VA and graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. He started his career in construction early, working with his father’s construction company, where he found a love for the craft. After college he started a business renovating and selling single family homes and has been in the industry ever since. You can find Brendan in the off hours somewhere out on the water. He enjoys fishing, wakeboarding, and scuba diving.
David Sheridan
Project Manager
David Sheridan's roots trace back to North Carolina, but upon meeting his wife, redirected them to Pennsylvania. It was here that David stumbled upon a newfound passion: construction, even as he pursued his studies. David's professional voyage commenced at 84 Lumber, spending 3.5 years there. He then transitioned to a 16-year stint at Beacon, a leading US roofing and siding supplier. At Beacon, he climbed the ranks, transitioning into sales and management. During his time in Virginia with Beacon, he met Johnny and Jack, well before the birth of Tredegar. When Tredegar came to be, David knew he wanted to be a part of it. David stays busy outside of work with a lively home of four children—two boys and two girls—and three dogs, where their bustling school year is offset by treasured summer camping adventures.
Bryan Boor
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Bryan was born in Richmond, grew up in Chesterfield, and has lived everywhere from Illinois, New York and even Southeast Asia. He started very early in construction working as a laborer in a rock quarry alongside their in-house excavation company. From there he went into building scaffold, laboring for brick crews and eventually laying brick and block in both commercial and residential applications. After masonry, Bryan went into commercial flooring, which lead to his love for custom framing and carpentry. From custom decks, additions, and remodels, he has spent 15+ years honing his craft. Making sure to deliver top quality work and paying attention to detail along the way. When not working, Bryan loves camping and boating with his beautiful wife, Brandy and adorable dog, Moose...in Hatteras as much as possible.
Jeremiah Greer
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Jeremiah is a native Virginian that was raised in King William County. He is a 3rd generation contractor that got his start as a vinyl siding installer. Later, he honed his skills for more than 10 years in single ply roofing and various types of steep slope roofing while working for a couple of different local roofing companies. His passion for roofing has provided work experience on a wide variety of building types including historic residences, commercial, government, military, and houses of worship. Jeremiah continued his education at ITT-Tech, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Drafting & Design as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management. He currently resides in the West End of Henrico County with his wife and daughter. Jeremiah is a faithful Christian that enjoys spending his free time traveling, fishing, or playing in the great outdoors with his family.
